You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to careerzynith members through virtual channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist members with their healthcare-related needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims, billing, and customer service, to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Essential Qualifications
