The Role
As a Working Student in Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process end-to-end, from setting up accounts in our system to going live on marketplaces. You will work closely with our proprietary software and AI tools to ensure listings are created and synced correctly, identify bottlenecks, and help us improve and streamline the onboarding workflow. Your collaboration with our product and ops teams will provide valuable feedback and shape internal tools based on real merchant needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the onboarding process end-to-end, from setting up accounts in our system to going live on marketplaces
- Work hands-on with our proprietary software and AI tools to ensure listings are created and synced correctly
- Identify bottlenecks and help us improve and streamline the onboarding workflow
- Collaborate with our product and ops teams to give feedback and shape internal tools based on real merchant needs
What We're Looking For
* You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, etc.)
- You have a structured and proactive way of working – and you enjoy optimizing processes
- You're comfortable using software tools and working in a fast-moving tech environment
- You're a native German speaker and fluent in English
