Finance Analyst-Remote Milwaukee Wis

About the Role: As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you willapply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate,maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolioof clients and properties. This job is part of the FinancialStrategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintainingaccounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. What You’ll Do:

• Completeaccounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.
• Createand post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner'sdistributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accountingperiod have been accurately posted.
• Useaggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports.
• Generatefinancial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
• Reviewthe accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from managementand vendors.
• Understandand work with scenario planning (exit/maintain/grow) tools/models, whileanalyzing trends in general business conditions.
• Respondto and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regardingvarious accounting issues and reports.
• Researchopen accounting issues and recognize potential issues and conflicts socorrective action can intercept and minimize issues.
• Useexisting procedures to solve standard problems.
• Havesome knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience inapplying them.
• Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impactthe quality of own work.
• Workwithin standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meetdeadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information,ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor'sDegree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of adegree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Abilityto use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experiencewith analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
• Organizationalskills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediatemath skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages,fractions, and other financialrelated calculations.
