Most B2B sales team runs 6-7 tools that solve 1 problem each. Lead database, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, intent & signal data, and some sort of automation to connect the CRM. We replace all of that with one platform. hubsell is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, founded in 2016. We are reviewed at 4.8+ across G2, Capterra, and GetApp. We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate (GTM) to work directly with our founder and help scale the case for replacing the fragmented outbound stack. Your primary focus is GTM, with an immediate mandate to generate pipeline and book qualified demo calls. Beyond that, your scope expands based on your strengths. Tasks What you'll actually do: Pipeline generation will be your primary focus: identify the right channels and run hyper targeted outbound to build pipeline. Build the strategy, write the copy, ship it. Research and spot perfect fit account: search across channels to find the right acounts to target. Public-facing content & channels: shadow write LinkedIn posts, represent hubsell on Reddit, create content for the blog. Distribute across channels to support the sales motion and drive pipeline.

Requirements

We want hands-on executors with 2-4 years of experience. Please only apply if you have maximum 5 years of experience. If you're looking to manage or delegate, this isn't for you. We care about three core things: You write clearly. The first paragraph of your cover letter will tell us everything we need to know. You finish things. Start with this job, show us you know how you reach out and get us to give you our time. A few practical things: Hard requirement: your English is fluent/native-level in writing and speaking. You have (some) practical experience with B2B sales, outbound, or GTM. You must have a grasp of LinkedIn outreach mechanics and building pipelines. You must know the ecosystem that we are in. You are based in the Philippines working remotely 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with a 6-hour overlap with European working hours (CET/CEST). Important: we do not do high volume outreach by setting up domains and mailboxes. If you that is your go to approach then this role is not for you.

Provide link to your LinkedIn profile. Share one piece of content, a link, video, post, or image, that you think hubsell should emulate on LinkedIn, along with a 1–2 line thesis on why it would work. Your salary expectation in PHP per annum. Finally: Include the word EuroHunter2026 in the beginning of your cover letter - this is how we know you did not apply without reading the JD and you are not using some sort of automated application system.
