This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services that support data science and machine learning model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand requirements and translate complex models into effective web solutions.
- Create dynamic and interactive data visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Document development processes, procedures, and code changes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and project outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing web applications.
- 2+ years’ experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2+ years’ experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Java, and Ruby on Rails.
- 2+ years’ experience with developing RESTful APIs that integrate front-end and back-end systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior public sector consulting experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship with a Secret level clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to travel (10% or less).
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
