Fully Remote Spanish Speaking BCBA Part Time Position

We are currently hiring a part-time, experienced, Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA services. This position requires fluency in Spanish in order to effectively support Spanish-speaking families and ensure strong clinical communication and collaboration. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65–$70 per hour, based on education and experience. In addition, BCBA employees will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment. Our BCBA will: ● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports ● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans ● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision. ● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians ● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans ● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA ● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted ● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Requirements: Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Previous ABA Experience Ability to pass both CORI and Federal background checks Benefits: Sign-on bonus after 6 months!
