Job DescriptionMyOutDesk is seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Marketing to accelerate brand growth and scale our demand generation engine. This executive leader will translate strategy into measurable action – driving qualified pipeline, increasing revenue, and strengthening our position in the BPO and virtual staffing industry.This role requires a modern marketing leader with deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, AEO, analytics, and revenue attribution. You must be able to clearly connect marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes and build a high-performing team aligned with aggressive growth targets. As a leadership hire, you will move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution.What you will doRevenue & Demand GenerationOwn the demand generation strategy across paid and organic channelsDrive measurable pipeline growth and revenue through paid search, SEO, content, and performance marketingPartner closely with Sales to align campaigns with revenue targets and pipeline goalsPaid Media & Performance MarketingOversee paid search and paid social strategy, and optimizationEstablish and report on KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and revenue attributionContinuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scale revenue impactSEO, Content & AEO StrategyLead enterprise-level SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategiesDevelop content frameworks that drive qualified traffic and revenueImplement structured data, technical SEO improvements, and content optimization strategiesClearly connect SEO initiatives to pipeline and revenue growthAnalytics & Funnel OptimizationOwn marketing analytics and performance reportingDemonstrate advanced expertise in GA4, including: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU funnel tracking; event configuration and conversion tracking; attribution modelingIdentifying optimization opportunities across the funnelBuild dashboards that tie marketing performance directly to revenue outcomesLeadership & Brand GrowthLead and develop a global marketing teamStrengthen brand authority and thought leadership in partnership with PR and communicationsImplement generative AI strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and scalabilityWho You Are8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experienceProven success driving revenue through Paid, SEO, and content strategiesClear experience connecting marketing initiatives to pipeline and closed revenueStrong B2B background (BPO or services industry/solution-selling experience preferred)Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and revenue reportingExperience scaling marketing teams in high-growth, fast‑paced, dynamic environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
