Grant Compliance and Network Support Manager
The Minnesota Homeownership Center (HOC) is a statewide nonprofit advancing sustainable homeownership. We support a network of community-based organizations that provide homebuyer education and advising services across Minnesota. We’re seeking a Grant Compliance & Network Support Manager to help ensure our network meets grant, regulatory, and reporting requirements—while also supporting organizations to deliver high-quality homeownership services. Our approach to grantmaking and compliance emphasizes partnership, coaching, and continuous learning—helping organizations meet requirements while strengthening the quality and impact of their services. This is a relationship-driven role that blends:
- Compliance oversight
- Grant reporting
- Training and technical assistance
- Ongoing support to partner organizations
You’ll work closely with network organizations, internal teams, and funders to strengthen compliance, build capacity, and improve outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of partner organizations, including funded grantees
- Monitor compliance with grant requirements and review reports for accuracy and completeness
- Provide training, technical assistance, and coaching to support both compliance and program quality
- Support grant administration, including reimbursements and reporting
- Conduct monitoring reviews and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve processes
- Partner with internal teams and network members to improve data quality, recordkeeping and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the network
What You Bring
- Experience in grant or contract compliance, program evaluation, or a related field
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including translating complex requirements and delivering trainings
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with data or client management systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Bonus: Experience in housing, homeownership programs, or community-based service delivery

You’ll help create a high-performing network delivering meaningful results for communities across Minnesota. Compensation: $70,600–$80,700 + strong benefits, including 11 paid holidays, health insurance (90% employer-paid for employees and 50% employer-paid for dependents), 7% employer retirement contribution + PTO Location: Hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in Saint Paul office).
