What You’ll Do As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Responsibilities include: Cold calling local businesses Visiting businesses in person to introduce solutions Building relationships with business owners Prospecting and generating new leads Setting appointments and conducting discovery conversations Presenting marketing and business growth opportunities Following up with prospects consistently Managing your own local territory and pipeline Collaborating with GMT Strategy leadership on proposals and closing opportunities Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Highly motivated and self-driven Comfortable with rejection and cold outreach Strong communicator and relationship builder Entrepreneurial and growth-minded Confident speaking with business owners Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline Coachable and willing to improve Sales experience is preferred, but hustle, confidence, and consistency matter more than resumes.

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings. Compensation is based on recurring monthly client revenue and performance.
