The Role As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations. Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
• A valid driver's license is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
