  • Utilize careerzynith’s integrated data management systems (formerly known as Salesforce, HURN, RTMS, NASCO, and Cactus) to upload contracts, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Cross‑reference provider credentials with state licensing boards, accreditation bodies, and sanction databases to confirm eligibility and compliance.
  • Follow standardized workflows and SOPs to guarantee timely processing of provider data, meeting internal SLAs and external regulatory deadlines.
  • Collaborate with credentialing coordinators, compliance officers, and IT support to resolve data discrepancies and improve system efficiencies.
  • Generate routine reports on data entry metrics, error rates, and processing times to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in periodic audits and quality‑control checks to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.

Required Experience & Qualifications
