Compensation
Base salary + commission! (Uncapped earning potential) High commissions for strong closers What You’ll Do Close warm and inbound leads (optional outbound for extra earnings) Run sales calls via Zoom, phone, and email Present ROI, cost savings, and business value Manage pipeline in CRM / ClickUp Build long-term client relationships and repeat business Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in service-based sales closing Outbound/Inbound sales experience Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets Strong English communication & objection handling skills Comfortable running independent sales calls Able to manage pipeline with minimal supervision Available to overlap CET / US time zones
