[Hiring] Provider Services Representative @UnitedHealth Group
Role Description Join us and you'll play a key role in managing the Optum Physical Health networks.
- Help manage provider data and maintain provider databases
- Maintain network standards for recruitment and provider satisfaction
- Manage all incoming requests to our network recruitment mailbox
- Manage communication with other departments ensuring seamless customer service for network providers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4+ years of experience within the health care industry
- 2+ years of data entry experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office products
Requirements
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
- Proficiency with provider communication
