- Update client information in the CRM to make sure all team members have current information.
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients.
- Update daily sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals.
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set or we have made an offer.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure we buy their home.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Resimpli, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
