We’re looking for a Home-Based Data Support Representative to join our DCX team. In this role, you will provide critical operational support by reconciling data across multiple systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity through manual updates and validation processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, excels at identifying discrepancies, and can work independently while maintaining exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Highly Proficient Communicator: Strong spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Organized & Process-Oriented: Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency across systems. Independent & Reliable: Comfortable working with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new systems and processes while demonstrating strong computer and internet proficiency. WHAT YOU WILL DO Execute approved roster updates, additions, removals, and profile changes Apply approved distributor membership updates across systems Perform manual data cleanup caused by sync failures Support merger and acquisition execution after approval Maintain logs of manual interventions Escalate unclear scenarios per defined process WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Office Admin Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software. Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers. Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures.
