ABOUT THE ROLE Hospitality Development & Concept Associate | Kerten Hospitality Reporting to: Business Development Director Collaborating with: Department Heads Location: Remote At Kerten Hospitality, we don’t just manage hotels we curate stories rooted in people, place, and purpose. It goes far beyond operating a property, it is about shaping experiences that feel personal and local, where every detail carries the destination’s voice, every interaction builds connection, and every guest leaves feeling part of something meaningful. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare high-quality presentations and concept proposals for hotel projects and hospitality opportunities. Create compelling moodboards and source relevant visual references, lifestyle imagery, architecture, design, and ambiance inspirations. Contribute to narrative development and English copywriting in line with Kerten Hospitality's tone and positioning. Conduct research and analysis on hospitality trends, destinations, operators, and market dynamics. Support the identification and preliminary assessment of potential hotel assets and development opportunities. Carry out field visits to analyse positioning, surrounding ecosystem, accessibility, lifestyle potential, and market context. Assist with benchmarking, mapping exercises, competitive analysis, and preparation of internal strategic documents. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Background in hospitality, architecture, design, branding, real estate, consulting, or business development is appreciated. Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills. Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability. Good visual culture and aesthetic sensitivity. Genuine interest in hospitality, travel, architecture, real estate, lifestyle brands, and urban culture. Comfortable conducting both desk research and on-site exploratory work. Autonomous, curious, detail-oriented, and proactive. Based in Morocco with flexibility for local travel.
