This hybrid-remote opportunity is ideal for a professional residing near Clear Lake, Iowa, Albert Lea, Minnesota, or Fairmont, Minnesota who brings 5+ years of ag lending experience, a strong understanding of credit, and a proven ability to develop new business. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, mature, and disciplined in working remotely while building and managing a new agricultural portfolio focused on $1 million plus credit relationships.
