The Role
As an careerzynith Customer Care At-Home Live Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers via live chat format. You will be the face of careerzynith, building relationships with our customers, and helping them navigate our online channels, JTV.com and JTV Go. Your primary goal will be to move visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat support to JTV.com customers, addressing their sales and customer experience inquiries
- Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
- Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Provide both sales and customer experience support via live chat, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
- General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
- Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
- High level of familiarity with JTV.com and its products
- Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
Desired Skills
* Previous tele-sales experience, preferably in a jewelry or gemstone industry
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones, including their characteristics and properties
- Previous live chat experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
