Immigration Paralegal (Case Manager)

Our team of case managers works closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation for immigration matters. THE POSITION: We currently have an immediate full-time opening for an experienced case manager/paralegal at our Fresno office. As our caseload grows, we are looking for a motivated, professional, and responsible individual who is dedicated to meeting our clients' needs. At Wilner & O’Reilly, you'll work alongside a dedicated team, gaining opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge. LOCATION: The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Fresno office, Monday – Friday. One day work from home will be permitted after a successful probationary period. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in Spanish is required
• At least one year of experience in immigration law, specifically in Removal Defense

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a caseload of immigration cases under the supervision of an attorney
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and procedures
• Review case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing
• Work efficiently under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
