It aims to guide listeners toward clarity and self-compassion in their journey of healing and understanding. Role Description This is a remote contract position for an Instagram Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive Instagram marketing strategy to grow audience reach and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating visually appealing and brand-consistent content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement, and collaborating with the podcast team to align content with the show's themes and vision.
Qualifications
- Experience with Social Media Strategy, Instagram Marketing, and Audience Engagement
- Proficiency in Content Creation, including graphic design and writing captions tailored to the platform
- Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Knowledge of Social Media Trends and Algorithms to stay competitive in driving growth and visibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics software is a plus
- Passion for mental health, wellness, or podcasts is highly desirable
