Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Instructor with the YES Learning System at IndyExcel. The Instructor will design and deliver engaging training programs, mentor learners, and tailor educational content to meet diverse audience needs. They will assess learner progress, provide feedback, and continuously develop training materials to align with industry best practices. The Instructor will also collaborate with the broader team to improve learning strategies and optimize course delivery for enhanced outcomes. Current openings

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate learner progress and improve training strategies
- Excellent Communication Skills to engage with learners and facilitate effective knowledge sharing
- Experience in Training and Training & Development to design and deliver educational programs
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team
- Experience with digital learning platforms or e-learning tools is a plus
