Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our content data. This includes a variety of tasks that are essential to our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Accurate Data Input and Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain data related to our extensive content library, including titles, descriptions, metadata, cast information, and release dates. You will ensure all information is entered accurately and consistently, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in the database. You will troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including content acquisition, marketing, technical operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless data flow and alignment between departments.
