Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Event Planner to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various virtual and in-person events across the USA. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to promote the event. Handle event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and on-site operations. Oversee the event s success, address any issues that arise, and provide feedback for improvement. Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress and managing expectations. Requirements: Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
