If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will support the successful deployment of our Restaurant (K-Series) customers point-of-sales (POS) solutions. In this role, you will assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, network-related support, and post go-live activities to help customers achieve a smooth and successful implementation experience. Working at the intersection of technology and customer success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions while managing implementation queues and supporting customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a high tech-touch, lower customer interaction environment. What you’ll be doing: Configure and implement POS solutions, leveraging automation tools and ChurnZero workflows to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Support Implementation Consultants by assisting with network setup, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities to ensure successful customer onboarding. Apply technical expertise to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams on customer-specific requirements. Assist with customer training and create clear documentation to support product adoption and ongoing success. Partner with internal teams to maintain training resources and support product updates. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure implementations are reliable, functional, and meet customer requirements. What you need to bring: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: Experience working within the POS technology industry, with strong knowledge of POS systems and related technologies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and implementations simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve results. Proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for identifying and improving processes. Knowledge of and experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
