Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a closely related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with at least 5 years focused on precision agriculture techniques and technologies. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and the use of GIS, remote sensing, and statistical software. Proficiency with farm management software and precision agriculture platforms. Strong understanding of crop physiology, soil health, and nutrient management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members. Experience in developing and delivering technical training. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
