This pivotal role involves developing and delivering bespoke aromatherapy experiences and personalized wellness coaching programs to a diverse clientele. You will be at the forefront of integrating natural therapeutic practices into holistic well-being solutions, leveraging your expertise to enhance client health and vitality. Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive aromatherapy protocols and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their health goals, lifestyle, and specific concerns. Provide expert guidance on essential oil selection, safe usage, and application techniques for therapeutic benefits. Develop and lead engaging online workshops and educational sessions on aromatherapy and holistic wellness. Create custom essential oil blends and product recommendations for clients. Offer one-on-one wellness coaching sessions, empowering clients to adopt healthier habits and achieve their wellness objectives. Maintain detailed client records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in aromatherapy, essential oils, and complementary wellness practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated care solutions. Manage inventory of essential oils and related products for bespoke client creations. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and digital content for the wellness platform. Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality. The ideal candidate will hold professional certifications in Aromatherapy and Wellness Coaching, possess a profound knowledge of essential oil chemistry and therapeutic properties, and demonstrate exceptional empathy and communication skills.
