Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Remote)
Role Overview Join the dynamic team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health support to our diverse clientele through our Community Health Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, offering tailored mental health support.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulations.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and facilitate referrals for additional services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
