Near-Term Goals

  • Develop a self-serve onboarding flow on the website, making it easier and more efficient for patients to provide their information, insurance details, and product preferences.
  • Implement an industry-leading lifecycle marketing strategy to automate and optimize patient nurturing through targeted communications.
  • Improve outbound email promotional campaigns and landing pages to drive higher conversion rates from partnerships and inbound sources.

The Role A Sr. Lifecycle Marketing expert with deep experience in eCommerce and healthcare to build and optimize Better Health's CRM/lifecycle marketing program. This consultant will have a strong background in lifecycle and email marketing within healthcare or health and wellness, with experience navigating compliance considerations like HIPAA or another regulated industry. They should have experience with Customer.io or a proven track record of success with multiple ESPs in past engagements. They will strategize, develop, and execute automated workflows to welcome and guide new customers through the self-serve onboarding process, improving conversion rates and reducing reliance on sales team calls. The ideal consultant will have a keen eye for optimizing conversion paths, crafting engaging promotional emails and landing page copy, and A/B testing variants to enhance performance. Given the lean team structure, this consultant will be hands-on and accountable for driving measurable improvements while QA'ing flows, web pages, and landing pages to ensure a seamless user experience. Bonus points for experience with Shopify, call tracking systems, or Mixpanel.
