Litigation Attorney Location – California (Fully Remote) A well known firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This firm represents large corporations in complex litigation matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to gain substantial courtroom and arbitration experience across multiple jurisdictions. The firm combines the high-level work typically seen at larger firms with a collaborative and supportive environment, allowing attorneys to develop their litigation skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal brief
- Manage case files and coordinate with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Active bar license in California
- Litigation experience preferred
- Insurance defense experience is plus point

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$140,000 – $180,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
