We are seeking a LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end logistics processes including 3 PL, regional consigned and turnkey material transits, shipment returns and forwarder/courier charges. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, freight companies, and third-party logistics providers. Identify inefficiencies and implement shipping methods to improve delivery times and reduce costs. Provide expertise and guidance around import / export controls to minimize tariffs and VAT exposures. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards in logistics operations. Supervise logistics coordinator. Take overall shipment transaction ownership into Tensoft. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s) Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, MES). Ability to coordinate effectively across departments. Demonstrated success in driving down shipping costs through cross-functional collaboration. Leadership and team management experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience, at least 10 years, in logistics or supply chain and operations management. Experience with international shipping, tariffs and regional customs regulations. Preferred Certification in supply chain/logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP). Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
