Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks. Digital Consulting Manager / Senior Manager – PeopleSoft Managed Services (U.S. or Canada) Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager / Senior Manager – PeopleSoft Managed Services, a key delivery leader responsible for driving execution, client value, and operational excellence across a portfolio of higher-education and enterprise clients. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strengthens client relationships, participates in pre-sales activities, and delivers consistent performance across PeopleSoft technical and functional managed services engagements, while actively contributing to account growth and overall practice success. The successful candidate may also support additional Oracle Cloud engagements as a Client Success Manager. Huron is open to hiring at the Manager or Senior Manager level based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for PeopleSoft Managed Services clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and client satisfaction Drive day-to-day operations across OCI, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring SLA performance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement Build and maintain trusted client relationships, effectively managing escalations, supporting renewals, and advancing service roadmaps Partner with Engagement Directors, CSMs, and Delivery Managers to optimize resource planning, utilization, and margin performance Actively monitor and influence financial outcomes, including revenue, contribution margin, and account growth opportunities Lead and support complex transition activities, including OCI migrations and production stabilization, ensuring seamless client onboarding and service continuity Develop, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative delivery culture Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts, partnering closely with Sales and Growth teams to support renewals and new Managed Services pursuits Required Qualifications 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle delivery, managed services, or enterprise IT services Deep expertise in PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Proven experience supporting complex higher-education (large-scale university) or public-sector environments Demonstrated leadership experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Canadian citizenship required for TN visa eligibility (U.S. travel as needed) Preferred Skills Experience supporting large-scale university environments (e.g., University of Central Florida, University of Miami, or similar) Strong knowledge of Managed Services delivery frameworks and transition methodologies Experience with OCI security, Linux administration, automation tools (e.g., Ansible), and monitoring platforms Experience contributing to financial management of multi-year managed services agreements, including forecasting and performance tracking The estimated base salary for the Manager / Senior Manager job is $145,000.00 - $190,000 (U.S.) | $130,000 - $180,000 (CAD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated Manager / Senior Manager compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $237,500 (U.S.) | $149,500 - $225,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
