Job Description: The Manager - Project Financial Management is focused on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization and delivery performance across the firm’s service lines. This role will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE, and leverage the BT offshore team to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management. Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimization Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insights Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required. MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred. 5 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred. Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units. Experience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx) Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Phyton Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions. Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment. The pay rate range for this job position is $98,230 to $186,220. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
