This role is ideal for someone who likes staying active, working with machinery, and taking ownership of their work area. Role Responsibilities

  • Keep an eye on how the process is running and catch issues early before they affect quality or output
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical fixes during production
  • Replace worn or non‑functioning parts when needed and escalate larger issues to maintenance or technical teams
  • Make sure materials and supplies are stocked and ready so production keeps moving
  • Move materials safely using approved material‑handling equipment

  • Follow written procedures (SOPs, GMPs, standard work) and ask questions anytime something isn’t clear
  • Wear required PPE and follow all safety and environmental rules
  • Report safety concerns, process issues, or quality problems right away
  • Take part in required training and continue building skills so you can independently run multiple work centers
  • Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and support teams to keep operations running smoothly

Why you? Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or related field is required.
  • Must have basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment (GMP, Pharmaceutical, food or similar) is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in manufacturing performing equipment set-up and change-overs, or similar demonstrated experience in multi-system mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with a lean organization or other prior exposure to lean concepts, tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of PAS-X, SAP, ProFicient, and/or FT_Batch computer systems.
  • Ability to lift 5-25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift drums, bags and cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • This position requires the regular use of various PPE including but not limited to the following: bump cap, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and N95 or PAPR. All required PPE will be provided.
  • Team oriented and flexible, able to adapt to changing assignments
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a desire to continuously improve own skill set. Able to function productively with minimal supervision.
