Mid level Instructional Designer- Secret Clearance
Training Specialist Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid – in the office twice a month) Clearance: Secret or Top Secret Required Livis Consulting, a trusted provider of IT services and training solutions to federal agencies, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Stafford, VA, with telework flexibility. Candidates must reside in the VA/MD/DC area and be able to commute to the Stafford office twice a month. Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- Proficiency with Adobe Captivate
- 1+ years of Articulate 360
- 1+ years of Instructional Design. Must be able to understand e-learning courses for development and an understanding of the standards
- 1+ years using Photo Shop or comparable software to create a wide range of graphics
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Proficiency with Adobe RoboHelp
- Degree in Biology or background in DNA software applications
