If you are an experienced loan officer who wants to build something meaningful while keeping more of what you earn, this is where you belong. The Compensation Model You keep 100% of your self-generated commission. Every loan. No splits. No shrinking paycheck as you grow. You pay one flat fee $555 per closed loan. Built-in fairness clause if the $555 flat fee exceeds 20% of your gross commission, the fee is automatically capped. No exceptions needed. It is already written into the model.
