Key Responsibilities
- * Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, and Languages.

- * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- * Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their academic goals.
- * Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns.
- * Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes to ensure high-quality tutoring services.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant field (Masters degree preferred).
- * Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
- * Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards for various grade levels.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- * Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
- * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience
- * A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with a track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
- * Experience in using digital learning tools and platforms is highly desirable.
