FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION COACH (FULL-TIME, REMOTE) Company: The Inner Initiative Location: Remote (United States) Position Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time Equivalent | ~30–40 hrs/week) Compensation: Competitive monthly compensation + long-term growth potential ABOUT THE INNER INITIATIVE The Inner Initiative is a rapidly growing functional health company led by Coach Kaylin (@coachkaylin), helping high-performing women heal their hormones, gut, metabolism, and fertility from the inside out. We bridge the gap between traditional fitness coaching and true root-cause functional healing through advanced lab interpretation, personalized protocols, education, mentorship, and lifestyle transformation. We’re looking for a Functional Nutrition Coach who is experienced, highly autonomous, deeply passionate about women’s health, and ready to step into a fast-paced, high-impact coaching environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO → Manage a full roster of 1:1 functional health clients within The Inner Initiative programs → Review and interpret functional labs including bloodwork, GI-MAP, DUTCH, HTMA, thyroid panels, and hormone markers → Build individualized, root-cause protocols focused on hormones, gut health, metabolism, inflammation, fertility optimization, and nervous system support → Provide ongoing client support through weekly check-ins, communication, education, and accountability → Collaborate with the team to improve systems, client outcomes, and overall coaching excellence → Maintain detailed organization, documentation, and timely communication across all clients THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF… → You already have hands-on experience in functional nutrition or integrative health coaching → You can confidently interpret functional labs and create customized protocols without relying on cookie-cutter approaches → You have strong communication skills and know how to balance empathy, leadership, and accountability with clients → You thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and can manage a full client roster independently → You’re deeply passionate about women’s hormone health, gut health, fertility optimization, and root-cause healing → You value integrity, excellence, personal growth, and being part of a collaborative female-led team culture → You are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow inside an established and expanding company → You value integrity, excellence, personal growth, and being part of a collaborative female-led team rooted in faith, impact, and high standards THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF… → You’re brand new to functional health or still learning the basics of lab interpretation → You’re primarily looking for mentorship, certification hours, or business coaching → You’re building your own competing coaching brand simultaneously → You struggle with communication, organization, follow-through, or autonomy → You prefer rigid protocols over individualized critical thinking → You’re looking for a casual, low-responsibility, or part-time role QUALIFICATIONS → 2+ years of experience in functional nutrition, integrative health, or online coaching → Functional nutrition certification, FDNP, NTP, FNMS, RD, or related education strongly preferred → Proven experience reviewing functional labs and building individualized protocols → Strong understanding of hormones, gut health, metabolism, blood sugar, and women’s health → Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills → Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while maintaining high-touch support COMPENSATION & GROWTH → Competitive compensation based on experience and client load → Significant growth opportunity as The Inner Initiative expands its coaching division and educational programs → Fully remote position with flexible scheduling and collaborative team culture Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits:
