Paralegal - Immigration
This is a remote position. Our client is looking for aParalegal – Immigrationto join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the U.S. immigration law space and have built a strong practice in recent years by supporting individuals and families through complex immigration processes with structured, client-focused legal operations. This role supports attorneys with day-to-day immigration casework and plays a key part in keeping matters organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on U.S. immigration experience, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility when handling sensitive cases.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with U.S. immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up.
- Prepare, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the case management system.
- Track deadlines, requests for evidence, and case milestones.
- Communicate with clients to collect information and provide case updates as needed.
- Assist with drafting correspondence and case-related materials.
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration requirements.
- Support general paralegal and administrative tasks related to immigration matters.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paralegal handling U.S. immigration law matters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
- Full-time availability.
