Part Time Appointment Setter (Remote Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist with outreach and appointment setting for a growing life insurance business. This is a flexible, part-time remote position ideal for a college student or early-career professional studying communications, marketing, business, or a related field who is looking for flexible supplemental income and hands-on experience in sales and client communication. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients using provided scripts and schedule appointments on the calendar. ⸻ Responsibilities

  • Send outreach messages to potential clients using provided scripts
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Qualify basic lead information (interest level and general fit)
  • Schedule appointments using an online calendar system
  • Maintain basic tracking of conversations and booked appointments ⸻ Requirements
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable starting conversations with new people online
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Able to follow instructions and scripts closely
  • Experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or appointment setting is a plus but not required
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required ⸻ Compensation
  • $15–$16 per hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus per booked appointment
  • Additional bonus for closed policies ⸻ Schedule
  • 5–10 hours per week
  • Flexible hours (evenings and weekends available)
  • Fully remote position
  • Occasional optional in-person meetings may be requested depending on location and business needs ⸻ What We Offer
