Key Responsibilities

As a Part‑Time Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of careerzynith, delivering exceptional service to both existing and prospective customers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls, live chat, social‑media messages, and emails with a polite, courteous, and professional demeanor.

  • Maintaining and updating account information with precision, guaranteeing data integrity across all systems.

  • Scheduling delivery orders, handling basic negotiations, and providing clear guidance for new and returning customers.
  • Managing general service requests, executing emergency scripts, closing loss accounts, and responding to contract or pricing inquiries.

  • Sending statements and invoices, performing soft collections on credit‑hold or past‑due accounts, and processing payments securely over the phone.

Essential Qualifications
