In this part‑time role, you will support distributors, assist with business development initiatives, and ensure that our advertising platforms run smoothly for a diverse set of clients. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of campaign management, the quality of data insights, and the overall satisfaction of our global merchant community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive phone‑based support to business customers, addressing inquiries related to campaign setup, performance reporting, and platform navigation.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets across multiple advertising products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships team to identify new business opportunities and assist distributors in expanding their reach using careerzynith’s advertising solutions.
  • Monitor and achieve service level agreements (SLAs) by tracking customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of careerzynith’s automated advertising platforms, offering technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflow bottlenecks, suggesting automation opportunities, and participating in cross‑functional brainstorming sessions.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable language.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to provide informed assistance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related customer‑facing role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and basic analysis.
  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of web‑based advertising platforms, including campaign structures, ad formats (display, video, mobile), and performance metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with careerzynith’s advertising products (formerly known as Google Ads, AdMob, DV360) or similar programmatic platforms.
  • Background in automating business processes, such as using scripting or workflow tools to streamline data entry tasks.
  • Exposure to digital marketing concepts, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑support setting, especially handling high‑volume inbound queries.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software interfaces and adapt to evolving product roadmaps.
