Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client payroll information, and maintaining accurate account information. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client payroll information

• Input and load client employee payroll information or personal employee information into databases
• Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintain accurate account information and ensure integrity of client taxes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data management
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)

• Experience working with various databases and systems
