Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan processor, loan officer, junior underwriter).
  • At least 1 year of contact‑center or telephone‑based customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer applications; ability to search and retrieve information quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Keyboarding speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated reliability, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work independently within a part‑time schedule.
