Pediatric Care Coordinator / Clinical Liaison. ( Remote . Flexible . Ideal for Retired PTs or ATPs) We are seeking a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional to help families navigate the process of obtaining specialized pediatric safety beds for children with complex care needs. Our company is the exclusive U.S. distributor for specialized pediatric beds manufactured by KayserBetten in Germany. This is NOT a sales position. The role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired:
- Physical Therapist
- Assistive Technology Professional (ATP)
- Occupational Therapist
- Pediatric rehab professional
- Nurse or complex-care specialist
Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with families after they contact us social media and our websites
- Helping guide families through the equipment selection process
- Coordinate with our authorized DME provider in their area
- Follow up to help ensure the selected KayserBetten bed is properly supported and not get substituted in the process
This is a small, highly specialized niche market. We are looking for the right person - someone who enjoys helping families and staying professionally engaged in meaningful work with flexible hours. Experience with pediatric complex care, DME, seating / mobility, or assistive technology is highly valued. Remote . Flexible Hours . Part-Time . Contract Compensation includes an hourly rate plus performance - based incentives tied to successful case progression and completed equipment placement.
