Role Overview

careerzynith is seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Analyst to support the Paid Media Analytics team. In this role, you will help surface actionable insights that drive smarter media spend, improve campaign efficiency, and enhance overall marketing performance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, finance, and marketing—to translate raw data into clear, strategic recommendations. This position is fully remote, based in New Jersey, USA, with a flexible 8‑hour weekly schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Entry: Accurately ingest, clean, and maintain large volumes of paid‑media data from internal platforms and external sources.
  • Insight Generation: Transform raw data into concise reports, dashboards, and scorecards that highlight spend efficiency, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Partner with paid‑media, product, and finance stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and align on measurement frameworks.
  • Ad‑hoc Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive investigations using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI to answer complex business questions.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Present data‑driven recommendations that influence media mix, budget allocation, and campaign tactics.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Serve as a liaison between analytics, product, and finance teams to ensure consistent data definitions and reporting standards.
  • Tool Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in existing data processes and propose enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, or consulting within an e‑commerce or digital advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, sub‑queries, and performance tuning.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one modern BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or MicroStrategy).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, metrics, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
