People Operations Specialist, Systems & Analytics

GAN is seeking a People Operations Specialist, Systems & Analytics to own and evolve our global HR systems infrastructure and people data environment. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our People Operations function through system optimization, automation, and actionable workforce analytics. This is a highly hands-on role that blends HRIS administration with data analytics and cross-functional process improvement. You’ll manage and enhance our HR technology ecosystem, build meaningful reporting and dashboards, and partner across People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to ensure our systems and data support smart business decisions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global People Operations, you will serve as the primary owner of HR systems administration, integrations, and people data integrity across the organization. Core responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for our HRIS systems, including HiBob Manage system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows across the employee lifecycle Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics Conduct regular data audits and system clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms Audit onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to identify and resolve discrepancies Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and leadership needs Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications Maintain the job description catalog within HiBob to ensure accuracy across roles and locations Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning activities Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and system enhancements Experience and key competencies 5–7 years of hands-on HRIS administration experience Experience with HiBob or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance for non-technical audiences Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment Collaborative, customer-service-oriented approach Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR Nice to have Experience with both HiBob and Paycom Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries Experience with HR system implementations or upgrades Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience Our benefits, Your happiness Recharge with our comprehensive PTO program and company-paid holidays, ensuring you have time to rest and recharge. Compensation

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually; with final offer based on experience and dependent on the region in which the right candidate is located. Travel Requirements This role may require domestic and international travel from time to time.
