Presentation Designer - Project Based Contractor (Remote)

M&IW is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to join Marketing’s in-house creative agency, Flow. In this role, you will design high-impact presentations that support both internal stakeholders and external clients. You will transform complex ideas and raw content into clear, persuasive, and visually polished decks that drive decisions and deliver results. From shaping narratives to executing on-brand slide design, you’ll play a key role in how ideas are communicated across the organization. This position reports to the Creative Director of Flow, Creative Services and will support the marketing, business development, operations departments, and M&IW client requirements while fostering strong partnerships through and open and transparent working style. What you will do here: Design high-stakes presentation materials for senior leadership and clients, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and visual excellence Develop clear, purposeful storylines that guide audiences from beginning to end Translate complex concepts, data, and content into clean, compelling, and on-brand presentation slides Collaborate as a core member of the Creative Services team while partnering cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing, Operations, and executive stakeholders Maintain open, proactive communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and quality outcomes Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adhere to strict client deadlines and manage projects effectively and in a timely manner What we expect: Details of these areas are shared during interviews and monthly reviews: Cultural Excellence Role Level Function Emotional Intelligence What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing or related field 1- 5 years’ experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising and/or communications Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills Proven ability to manage projects under pressure and meet frequent deadlines Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Experience in Keynote, Prezi, Gamma and other presentation software is a plus Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and learn new tools, technologies, and processes Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in all interactions Strong data visualization abilities with the ability to turn metrics into polished, easy to understand slides Creative problem-solver able to contribute fresh ideas and compelling design solutions Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Effective time-management skills with comfort working on multiple concurrent projects Collaborative, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse personalities Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments Familiarity with the events and travel industries is a plus Ability to work independently in a virtual office Who We Are: M&IW is a global event management and strategy firm specializing in virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences of all shapes and sizes as well as consulting and enterprise strategies.
