This role is perfect for current/former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers. It’s also a great fit for anyone with a strong sports background who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference through elite 1:1 coaching. What You’ll Do
- Run 1:1 and small group lessons in your primary sport - from beginner to advanced levels
- Set your own rates (typically ranges anywhere from $30–$100/hour)
- Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.)
- Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
- Build long-term relationships with athletes and families
- Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn't happen overnight!)

Important Requirements
- Minimum 5 hours/week availability
- Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
- All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform
- Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
