Product Designer - AI Agents
Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform used by 22,000+ companies worldwide. The Product Designer will work on AI voice and messaging agent products, designing intuitive setup experiences for high-quality AI agents and establishing best practices in AI agent setup.
Responsibilities
- Work on our AI voice and messaging agent products and design intuitive setup experiences that anyone can use to build high quality AI agents
- Contribute to establishing AI agent setup best practices
- Get mentored by a staff level designer
- Stay on top of the latest AI tools and experiences
Skills
- Collaborative and customer-centric
- Not afraid to speak up if the user experience doesn't look quite right, no matter how big or small
- Testing out the latest AI tools and has integrated AI in their design workflows and habits
- Enjoys partnering with engineers and PMs, especially in person
- 0-3 years of design experience
- Fluent in English
- Technical acumen is a plus
