Product Manager, Principal
What you will be doing: Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions aligned to company objectives and customer needs. Translate market opportunities and customer feedback into prioritized product requirements and actionable development plans. Ensure products adhere to country-specific compliances. Demonstrate ability to leverage AI tools to improve product management effectiveness, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Ability to apply AI-assisted workflows to synthesize customer feedback, summarize research, identify trends, and accelerate documentation creation. Drive requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to balance innovation, scalability, security, and regulatory constraints. Support go-to-market activities including positioning, customer enablement, training, and executive presentations. What you will likely bring: Experience in software industry and ERP systems preferred. Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders. Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product solutions. What could set you apart: 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
